Jose Miguel Sardinha works as of counsel at Belzuz Abogados.
Practices law in the fields of administrative law and administrative litigation, acting as lawyer and consultant for several municipalities, private companies and commercial banks in administrative law, urban development and construction and in public procurement, ensuring the related litigation before the administrative courts.
He authored several works in the fields of administrative law and construction.
Between 2014 and 2015 he acted as consultant for the Ministry of Justice in the field of administrative justice, working with the Commission which reviewed the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Statute of the Administrative and Tax Courts and the Procedural Code of the Administrative Courts.
He taught at the Economy Department of the University of Évora, where he was in charge of the subjects of Introduction to Law, Economic Law, Environmental Law and also taught at the Lusíada University, in the subjects of administrative law and administrative litigation.
He acted as Legal Advisor of the Staff for the Secretary of State of Local Administration and Planning between 1988 and 1990.
