Fernando de la Santa works as of counsel at Belzuz Abogados. He focuses on Administrative law in its different variants relating to the Central, Regional and Municipal authorities, as well as Procurement, Planning Law and expropriations.
He is legal adviser to numerous companies and engineering services with activities in Spain and abroad, with special attention given to advice on public works and subcontracting.
He has participated in the preparation and drafting of urban planning and subsequent amendments and revisions, including partial plans, drafting planning agreements, and advice to different boards.
In the field of water law, legislation and calculation of discharges, it has provided and currently provides advice to collaborating entities of the Central, Autonomous and Municipal Administration, through the relevant technical assistance contracts.
In expropriation matters, he advises different public entities, Highway Demarcations, Autonomous Communities, municipalities, autonomous entities and beneficiaries in general, as well as reversion files.
He has participated and participates in the constitution, development and, in some cases, dissolution of Collaborating Urban Entities: conservation entities, compensation boards and others, as well as advising large collaborating urbanizations of the State Administration and large urbanizations.
He also holds the position of guest lecturer at conferences and seminars for the University Francisco de Vitoria and is now a member of the List of Arbitrators of the Arbitration Tribunal (TACOP).
