She develops her professional activity mainly in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts and Real Estate.

She has more than 10 years of experience in acquisition and disposal of companies and assets, de-mergers, mergers, dissolutions, national and cross-border restructuring operations, due diligence processes and corporate and commercial matters, for which she provides legal advice to both local and international clients.

She has vast experience in Real Estate Law, in all aspects of this area of practice, namely in the purchase and sale of real estate and real estate companies, constitution of bank guarantees and autonomous guarantees on first demand, urban and rural leasing, as well as in Registrations and Notaries.

She has also acquired extensive experience in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Criminal Litigation and Regulatory Matters and Social Economy, namely Associations and Foundations.

As part of her practice, she has advised clients in various sectors of activity, namely, retail, automotive, insurance, pharmaceutical and health.
