The fees payable to IMPIC for the issuance of a contractor license are set out in Ordinance No. 261-A\/2015, which establishes the fees for licensing, certificates, alvar\u00e1s,<\/em> and other administrative procedures related to construction activities.<\/p>\n

Contractor license in Portugal, issued by IMPIC \u2013 Instituto dos Mercados P\u00fablicos, do Imobili\u00e1rio e da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o, I.P., follow a progressive fee structure based on the class of license applied for.<\/p>\n

In all cases, the initial application carries a fixed cost of \u20ac75.00. However, the fees increase significantly for the higher categories.<\/p>\n

b) Annual renewal fee<\/strong>: \u20ac15,000, required to maintain the license in force.<\/p>\n
