Antonio López Arenas joined the Commercial Law Department at Belzuz Abogados, S.L.P. in 2026. He graduated with a degree in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid in 2014, where he subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Legal Practice and specialised studies in Economic and Corporate Criminal Law.

He has been a practising member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2016. For several years, he was head of the Commercial and Litigation practice at Horizon Abogados.

His professional practice has focused particularly on Commercial Law, representing companies and start-ups in contractual and corporate matters across sectors such as energy storage, major property owners, advertising and marketing, hospitality, and electronic money institutions. He has advised on and litigated in matters relating to contracts, civil liability, challenges to corporate resolutions, liability of directors of companies, and insolvency proceedings, amongst others. He also has experience in company acquisitions, covering all stages of the process.
