If the User is under 16 years of age, prior authorization must be obtained from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who shall be responsible for the acts carried out by the minor, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

4. Use of the Website

The User undertakes to use the Website diligently, properly and lawfully, in compliance with the applicable legislation, good faith, public order and accepted standards of conduct.
Any use of the Website for unlawful purposes or in a manner harmful to the rights or interests of Belzuz or third parties is expressly prohibited, as is any conduct likely to impair, overload or prevent the normal operation of the Website.

Any use of the Website that may compromise its security, integrity or availability is also prohibited, including attempts at unauthorized access, introduction of malicious code or any practices that may constitute computer-related offences under the applicable legislation, in particular cybercrime laws.

The User undertakes, in particular, not to exploit, reproduce or take advantage of any technical failures, vulnerabilities or anomalies of the Website, and to notify Belzuz thereof as soon as they become aware of them, refraining from any irregular or unlawful use thereof.

6. Informative nature of the content and absence of professional relationship

The content made available on the Website is of a purely informative and institutional nature and does not constitute legal advice, a legal opinion or a professional recommendation, nor does it replace personalized consultation with a lawyer. Accordingly, the User should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any information made available on the Website and should always obtain specific legal advice appropriate to their particular situation.

Mere access to, browsing of or contact through the Website does not establish any lawyer–client relationship, nor does it imply acceptance of a mandate, unless expressly agreed and formalized in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

The information made available on the Website may contain technical or formal inaccuracies or omissions and may be updated, corrected or amended at any time without prior notice, and its permanent accuracy is not guaranteed.

7. Availability and operation of the Website

9. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website, including texts, images, trademarks, logos, distinctive signs, structure, design and source code, is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, and Belzuz is the owner or lawful licensee thereof.

Access to the Website does not grant the User any right to use, reproduce, distribute or exploit the content for purposes other than strictly personal and private use. Any unauthorized use may give rise to the legally applicable liability.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, the User is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the content of the Website exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes, and any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or reuse of the content without Belzuz’s prior written authorization, is expressly prohibited.

10. Professional secrecy and communications

All information transmitted to Belzuz through the Website, in particular via contact forms, is, in principle, subject to professional secrecy, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the deontological rules of the legal profession, without prejudice to the limitations inherent to the use of electronic means and to the absence of a formally established professional relationship.

The submission of information through the Website does not, in itself, result in the automatic acceptance of a mandate or the assumption of any obligation to act on the part of Belzuz.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, communications made through the Website are not sufficient, in themselves, to establish a lawyer–client relationship, nor do they amount to acceptance of a mandate, without prejudice to any duty of professional secrecy arising from the law or applicable deontological rules, where and to the extent that such duty is legally required.

Users should periodically consult this page to check whether any updates or amendments to the Terms and Conditions have been introduced.

15. Validity of the Terms and Conditions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a judicial or administrative decision, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
