Ana Escandell is specialized in Employment Law. She studied at CEU SAN Pablo University, completed a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and was collegiated as a lawyer in 2015.
She has a solid background and practice in both labor law and labor relations, having developed her professional experience in the labor relations departments of multinational companies and also in the labor departments of renowned law firms, which allows her to offer a comprehensive and practical view of labor law from a business and legal perspective.
She has extensive experience in labor law advice, litigation, and assistance in trials before the Labor Courts, as well as in assistance and representation before the SMAC (Mediation, Arbitration, and Conciliation Service).
She also has a solid experience in the field of collective bargaining and union negotiations, having participated in the management and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and collective agreements.
