Clara Belzuz Fernández joined Belzuz Abogados in 1990 and is a Partner and Director for Spain and Portugal of the Department of Family Law, Inheritance and Family Business. Her work focuses on family law, family business, civil, criminal and international law, both in litigation and through negotiation between the parties. She works actively on the drafting of contracts and agreements in complex matters that in some cases have been in conflict for years.
She has worked on countless divorce proceedings, separations, recognition of common-law partnerships, wills, inheritances, establishment of matrimonial property regimes, enforcement of national and foreign judgments, and modification of measures.
In the criminal field, she also has extensive experience in matters such as gender-based violence, non-payment of child support or breach of visitation arrangements.
