Daniela Navas Vecino joined the firm in 2025 after completing a dual degree in Criminology and Law at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, where she received a strong legal education with a multidisciplinary approach.

She is currently part of the Corporate and Commercial Law Department, where she assists in advising companies, drafting corporate documentation, and conducting regulatory analysis in matters related to company law, commercial contracts, and compliance.

Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, Daniela contributes to the firm’s international practice, particularly in cross-border matters between Spain and Portugal.

Her background in Criminology provides an additional analytical perspective, particularly valuable in risk prevention and corporate compliance settings, complementing her legal training.

Daniela has a particular interest in corporate law, corporate governance, and market regulation, areas in which she continues to develop her professional career.
