Further to the recent approval of the new Private Investment Law in Angola (Law No. 14/15 of 11 August – “NLIP”), which facilitates the repatriation of profits, dividends and capital gains by foreign investors and accelerates the time limits for approval of foreign investment projects, Belzuz Abogados informs its customers with operations and interest in that country that, as a result of contacts with well-known professionals in the Angolan market, the firm has established a cooperation arrangement with Angolan lawyers, expert in International legal advice.

Under this cooperation agreement, Belzuz Abogados can assist its customers in the selection of the most suitable legal structure for their investment project, as well as provide legal advice to companies established in that territory.
