Belzuz Advogados’ Real Estate Legal department started as part of the Commercial and Corporate Legal Department, advising our clients on real estate related matters.

The growing demand for legal services in this area, as well as the specificities and requirement levels in this sector, created the need to form a separate department, one that would independently and distinctively deal with and study these matters.
