Luís Pinho Leite is a member of the commercial and corporate law department in Lisbon. He has worked on company acquisitions and restructurings. He also advises national and foreign clients in the sectors of commerce, services, tourism and transport and logistics.

He also has extensive experience in representing clients before civil and criminal courts in immigration, real estate, and commercial contracts.

His experience in the international internship programme INOV_AICEP Portugal Global, at the United Nations Office in Cape Verde, is relevant.
