Catarina has over 10 years of experience and has developed her activity in the areas of Civil Litigation, Banking and Finance Law, Commercial Law, with significant expertise in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring Law, Negotiation, Commercial Contracts, where the following stand out: Construction, Consortium, Supply, Agency, Distribution, Franchise, Provision of Services contracts; Financial Leasing, Purchase and Sale of Goods, Leasing, Management Agreements. In addition to the aforementioned, she has extensive experience in Real Estate Law, Guarantees Law, and has provided General Legal Advice to National and International Clients, including Maritime Law, Healthcare Law, Intellectual Property.
